Not much. When you book, we'll ask you to fill in a short intake form covering your goals, which platforms you're on, and links to a few competitors or accounts you admire. That's all we need to get started - we take care of the research from there.
While we use data, competitor analysis, and proven formulas to give you the highest possible chance of success, we cannot guarantee specific algorithmic results, view counts, or revenue. Social media success depends heavily on your unique execution, presentation, and consistency.
£199 is the total, one-time cost. There's no hidden upsell at the end of the call. If you'd like ongoing support after the session, we're happy to discuss that separately - but there's no obligation and it's not what this session is about.
Because we invest time researching your content and competitors before the call, sessions are non-refundable once confirmed. At booking you'll be asked to acknowledge this and agree that once the 60-minute session is delivered, the service is fully completed and your 14-day statutory cooling-off right ends - this is standard practice for services that begin immediately. If we ever fall short of what's described on this page, we'll make it right.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a service within 14 days. By booking your session, you expressly request that we begin your pre-call research immediately. Once your 60-minute strategy call is delivered, the service is fully completed and your 14-day right to cancel ends. Refunds & Admin Fees Because custom research begins as soon as your booking is confirmed, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the call will receive a full refund minus a £25 research and admin fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the call, or failure to show up to the session, are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll do our best to find a new time that works for you at no additional charge.
