Part 1: Terms & Conditions of Service

1. The Service & Deliverables

Firehawk Media Ltd provides both fixed-price strategy packages and fully bespoke, custom media services (including video production, social media strategy, and campaign management).

• Fixed-Price Packages: Deliverables and terms are explicitly detailed on the respective landing page at the time of purchase.
• Bespoke & Custom Services: For all custom projects, the exact scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and payment milestones will be explicitly detailed in a separate, written **Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW)** provided directly to the client. Upon agreement or payment of a deposit, that Proposal becomes a legally binding extension of these Terms.

2. Attendance, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

• Rescheduling: If you need to change your call time, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
• Cancellations with Notice: If you cannot make the meeting and contact us to let us know, we will make every reasonable attempt to rearrange the meeting to a mutually agreeable time.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend the scheduled video call without any prior notification ("ghosting"), no refund will be given, and your booking slot will be forfeited.

3. The 48-Hour Delivery Window

We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds, but we also respect human rest. The promised 48-hour delivery window for your post-call summary and action plan refers strictly to 48 working hours, excluding weekends.

For example: If your call takes place on a Friday afternoon, your 48-hour delivery window begins on Monday morning.

4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of our creative and strategic services, all payments made to Firehawk Media Ltd are non-refundable.

• Fixed-Price Packages: Once payment is made, your fee secures a dedicated booking and research slot. Refunds will not be issued after pre-call research has commenced or after the live video call has taken place.
• Bespoke & Custom Services: Payment terms (including non-refundable upfront deposits, milestone payments, or monthly retainers) are governed strictly by your custom Project Proposal. Firehawk Media Ltd reserves the right to halt or suspend all project deliverables, editing, or publishing schedules if any milestone invoice remains unpaid past its stated due date.

5. Results Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

Firehawk Media Ltd provides data-driven educational consultancy, audience analysis, and strategic media advice. While our methods are built on analyzing proven market formulas to give your brand the highest possible chance of growth, we cannot guarantee specific algorithmic results, view counts, subscriber/wishlist growth, or revenue.

Social media success relies heavily on your unique presentation, physical execution, recording/audio quality, and long-term consistency.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom frameworks, niche templates, and action plans delivered to you are for the internal, exclusive use of your specific business or personal brand. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the specific strategic documents provided to you without prior written consent from Firehawk Media Ltd.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), our lawful basis for collecting and using your data is Contract. We must collect and use this basic information in order to successfully fulfill the service contract you purchased from us.

4. Data Retention (How Long We Keep It)

We believe in a minimal data footprint. Any personal intake data, call notes, or specific channel metrics shared with us are securely archived and permanently deleted once your strategy package and action plan have been successfully finalized and delivered to your inbox.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under UK law, you have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Your Right of Access: You can ask for a copy of the personal info we hold on you.
• Your Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct or delete inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Your Right to Erasure: You can ask us to permanently delete your data.

6. How to Complain
